Some of you have not been able to use this index because of a company firewall that prevents the data reading applet from doing its job. Either the firewall is too good or the applet is too dumb. You can circumvent this problem by running the indexing program on your own computer. OR you may just prefer to run the index locally even if you are not having a problem. You will still be able to follow the links to the dance instructions on the Web.
Click on the link appropriate to your platform:
MAC download (stuffit expander 5.0 needed), 52K bytes (an hqx file containing a stuffit 5.0 archive)
MAC download (self extracting), 188K bytes (an hqx file containing a self-extracting archive)
Windows download, 36K bytes (a zip file. Extract with your unzipper.)
Windows download, 148K bytes (a self-extracting archive for windows.)
UNIX download, 24K bytes (a gzipped tar file. Extract using: gzip -d SCDINDX.tar; tar xvf SCDINDX.tar)
Extraction of all these should create the folder SCDINDX. There are seven files plus another folder in the folder. Drop the file named frames.html onto your browser to start up the index.
